The beautifully decorated and well maintained homes have a large modern kitchen, dining area and great room, as well as huge well furnished deck to enjoy the magnificent views of the ocean. You will love the third-level master suite in our 4 bedroom houses with king-size bed, color TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The 4 bedroom homes sleep 10 - 12 people. The seven bedroom house sleeps up to 16 people. Our homes are fully furnished to make your stay pleasurable in every way. Ninety steps to the beach. Our houses have high speed internet access, central air conditioning, at least 3 Cable TVs, DVD players, microwave, dishwasher, full modern well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, cookware and utensils, gas BBQ, phones, covered parking, and huge well furnished decks with great ocean views.

Recreation Center. The neighborhood also offers golf cart, bike and paddle boat rentals, as well as discounts to area attractions and golf courses. This award winning resort provides a courteous staff and is really safe and fun for all ages. You can truly 'let the kids go' and feel comfortable.

The neighborhood is located in a nice residential area of Myrtle Beach, yet it is only a short 10 minute drive to the Pavillion area, Broadway at the Beach, and other major attractions. We loved our stay at the beach. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. Although we had a short walk to the beach, our location was good. We loved the gated community and the many activities for the kids. Our week went by too fast. We can't wait to return next summer.

Great Vacation!!!

What a great place. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach was great. The website description is very accurate. This is a wonderful family oriented gated community. Everyone was so friendly from the time we entered the gates until we left. The owner called upon our arrival to make sure everything was OK. I found that to be a nice gesture. I would recommend the house and Ocean Lakes to anyone. The only thing I would do different is I would try a rent a golf cart from the home owner. I didn't think we would need one, but soon found out it was the only way to get around. It was a little pricey renting from Ocean Lakes. They have lots of activities at the Rec Center that are free. This was a great place to make memories with our children and grandchildren.
Owner's Response: I'm glad you had a great vacation at our beach house. Everyone who stays there just loves it.
You are correct about renting a golf cart from us instead of through Ocean Lakes. It is pricey to rent the golf cart through Ocean Lakes, and we rent ours at a much lower rate.

Our Vacation

This was an great choice for us. The house was nice and clean, and we were steps from the beach. The resort where the house is located had so much for us to do without ever having to leave or spend extra money. We had a great time. Our only complaint was that the mattresses could use replacing. We had seven adults and five children from ages 2 to 15yrs and there were plenty of things to keep us all happy and entertained. I would highly recommend this property to other families!! :)

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation. The house was very nice and extremely clean. The beach is beautiful and the neighborhood has so many amenities for the kids (and us older people). It is very close to all of the major Myrtle Beach attractions. Jeff was great to work with and was very helpful. We definitely recommend this vacation house. It really is the perfect spot for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our week at the beach this year. Ocean Lakes has it all! The house was great--very spacious and clean. We loved staying in a gated- supervised community. The beach was wonderful and our favorite part of the day was our golf cart ride to the ice cream shop. It was the All-American perfect family vacation.
