This spacious 1,491 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps ten and features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony offers beautiful mountain views.
The spacious entryway allows for storage of vacation gear. Up the stairs is the main level of the townhouse. The living room features large windows for plenty of natural light, a large flat screen TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. The sofa can pull out into a queen-sized bed, and there’s extra sheets and blankets in the closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony. There’s breathtaking views, additional seating and a gas grill.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight with chairs and two benches. The first of three full bathrooms is located on this main level. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom is on the main level and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The gorgeous en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. Upstairs on the third level are two guest bedrooms. Both feature bunk beds with a trundle, allowing each bedroom to comfortably sleep three people. Both bedrooms also have flat screen TVs and share a bathroom that has double sinks and a shower/tub combination.

WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.
We live in the Denver Metro area and enjoy the mountains. As our kids have grown to be teens, we do not spend as much time in Keystone as we would like. So we want others to have the opportunity to enjoy our special home. Our townhome is decorated and furnished to be lived in. We believe you will find everything you need or want here.

Quiet community with all the benefits of a resort but the feel of your own home.
Newer condo well kept. Problem was bunk beds. Both beds moved when someone moved. Hard to sleep. Owners need to get rid of bunk beds. Also pump noise and vibration in master bed room. Lots of stairs. Mountain view close to lift. Won't be back
Before our trip the reservation process was smooth. Picking up our keys was easy and finding the condo was no problem with the directions provided.
The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for cooking our own meals.
There were three families traveling (1 with 2 toddlers, and two single moms with teenage boys). The bedrooms on the third floor worked great with the toddlers sleeping in the trundles and the teenagers taking the top bunks. The master suite was lovely, with a very nice jetted tub and excellent shower.
We were visiting in early September and the upstairs would get HOT during the day. There is no air conditioning but opening the windows worked well to cool off with fresh air. The only problem was that if we left the windows open at night it would get too cold, but then if we closed them it would get too stuffy. In the end we left the windows open and piled on the blankets.
The Keystone area has a number of nice attractions, but if traveling during non-peak season be sure to double-check when things close, a number of attractions were only open during the weekend while we were there.
We took our four teenage children to Keystone for the long weekend and loved it! The condo has plenty of room to sleep up to 10 and we did not need anything but what was provided. The addition of Minnie's Cabin to swim and play pool was great fun! Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
We took our daughter for her 17th birthday up snowboarding and stood in this townhome. There were 6 of us total and the townhome was plenty big. The location is great, only a 2-minute drive to River Run Village and Gondola. The Keystone shuttle comes three times every hour from 8-5pm. The unit was fully furnished and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. The townhome is only a short 1 minute walk to Minnie’s Cabin which is where the heated pool and hot tub are located. I would highly recommend this unit. We plan on staying there again soon.
