Completely furnished, air conditioned country style ranch house in a park-like setting, sleeps eight comfortably on one acre of land, south of Montauk Highway, minutes from ocean beaches, with 20 X 40 Solar Heated In-ground pool that includes a poolside patio with chairs, chaise lounges, and tables with umbrellas (not shown). Extra large eat-in kitchen, master bedroom and living room, includes three additional bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a full-sized tub, and a cabana within the pool area that includes a sink, outdoor shower (H/C water) and toilet facilities.

House was wonderful! The landscaping is beautiful around the pool area. Inside and out are safe for children. Beach is a two minute drive. Most relaxing vacations we have had in years!!!

Great beach house - quick trip to beach and pool
gets nice sun for windy days. Plus, cabana by
outdoor shower & pool great for changing/
suncreening/bathroom. House perfect if you have
toddler, as all one level without a lot of knickknacks
to put out of reach, as well as fenced pool w/ no
access directly from house. Grocery store quick trip
and great fish markets around the corner.
