This newly renovated home is equipped with CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and all new appliances. Surrounded by 1 Acre of lush lawn and trees, the home is located in the Village of Sippewissett, between West Falmouth and Woods Hole. The property is situated on a private road, only 3/10 of a mile from Woodneck Beach, one of Falmouth's finest residents only, westerly facing beaches. Short walk to Beebe Woods - a 400 acre conservation area with miles of walking and biking trails. The home is one level, with open floor plan and a new fully equipped (even the lobster pot !!) contemporary kitchen. Open beam ceilings though out, with ceiling fans in all the rooms. The living room has a great stone fireplace and opens out to the furnished deck, with a double BBQ gas grill. The home also offers you a private hot/cold outside shower as well as an indoor Jacuzzi bathtub. Hard wired security alarm system, one touch Medical/Fire/Police response.
