Located at Wight Street between 144th and 145th Streets. Directly on the beach with a fantastic view of the waves from a 15 ft by 19 ft deck off the living room and a 5 ft by 15ft balcony off the master bedroom. This is the only townhouse development where the view of the beach and waves from the first floor is not hidden by the dunes. Also has a fantastic view from the master bedroom balcony. Listen to the waves at night. Renovated with central air conditioning, new kitchen, new furniture and a new master bath. Quiet uncrowded beach at 144th street. Free High speed Internet. High definition digital cable with DVR and On-Demand, HBO, Showtime and Starz, 2 DVR players, 2 DVD players, VCR, 2 high definition TVs and 2 conventional TVs. No smoking and no pets allowed. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized beds in each bedroom and 2 bunk beds in a walk through children's sleeping area. Rental is Sunday to Sunday in July and august, 3 night min. other times.

This townhouse is right on the beach in the upper end of Ocean City, in a very upscale quieter area. It is on Wight Street which parallels the beach and is between 144th and 145th Streets. You can walk or bike down Wight Street which is the only street that parallels the ocean and has very little traffic. Less crowded beaches and access to Shops and Restaurants in Fenwick Island, Bethaney and Rehobeth as well as to all the attractions Ocean City has to offer. walk to ice cream, restaurants, movie, and mini golf. direct path thru dunes to beach. approx 200 feet from house to waves.

We loved the condo! The view was outrageous, and the rooms were very spacious with a big renovated kitchen to cook in! Cant wait to go back next year!

The town house is very clean, modern and roomy. There were seven adults in our group and room for more without feeling packed in. Large bedrooms and enough bathrooms for privacy within groups. The beach is literally at your feet and the location is perfect to enjoy Ocean City or take a 20 minute ride to the outlets in Rehoboth Beach. I would reccomend this unit to family and friends without hesitation.

It was a "girls only" week and the accommodations were perfect for five high school friends from all over the country. We had a great time and appreciated how comfortable we all felt in this beautiful setting. Being right on the beach really made it ideal!

Great Oceanfront Townhouse!!!

This is a great place to stay in Ocean City. Only steps away from the ocean and a nice beach to sit back & relax. Or you can do what our families did, build sand castles, search for sea creatures, and a lot of bodyboarding.
After a fun day on the beach, only steps back to your place, spray off the sand and enjoy your 4 bedroom townhouse. The townhouse has a big kitchen to make home cooked meals and a nice size living room to watch TV or play games. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom, which has its very own balcony. With 3 families, I enjoyed the master bedroom, a late night drink or an early morning sunrise on the balcony, just the two of us, while our kids slept safely in the next room. This is truly a great place to spend time with family at Ocean City, MD.
