Casa Segunda Vida is nestled in the hillside of the exclusive Vista Azul neighborhood of Manuel Antonio. This home offers two separate, fully contained floors that are designed to allow the utmost in privacy and seclusion. From Wide, an expansive balcony, each floor affords an incredible vista of Manuel Antonio National Park and the Pacific Ocean. Each level was designed as a one-bedroom suite, with a full kitchen, bathroom and spacious living rooms. Each level has separate entrances but are connected via an outside spiral staircase. Each floor has been decorated to give our guests a true feeling of Costa Rican living. You can also enjoy beautiful Vistas from our newly completed 'Mirador' located on the hill behind the home.

Casa Segunda Vida is located approx. 1/2 mile, via the main road, to two beautiful beaches Espadilla and Dulce Vida, as well as the incomparable Manuel Antonio National Park with it's own three gorgeous beaches. Traveling the other way, our home is approx. 3 miles to the small town of Quepos. Activities in the area include: snorkeling, ocean and river kayaking, tours of the mangroves, sailboat tours, jet skis, ATV adventures, canopy tours, hiking in Manuel Antonio National Park, shopping and of course sun bathing on the beautiful beaches. Great food and nightly entertainment is also easily available and accessible.

  • 50% of the Rental Fee is required to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-rent for the time period you had confirmed. Also due upon arrival is a $250.00 Security Deposit. This Security Deposit is refundable at departure after a check of the property.
    Weekly rates quoted are for a 6 Night/7 Day stay.

    Normal Rates: Both Floors $195.00/night, or $1295.00/week
