Come and enjoy our beautiful Villa Magna Condo. Our unit is 1 of 10 superior residences in the entire complex that provides front and center views of the Bay of Banderas. The unit has been professionally decorated with many interesting artworks for your enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the utensils and amenities to assist in your meal preparation. The kitchen sink and the refrigerator water operates from a professionally installed filtering system. The unit also includes a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Plasma 42" television with cable hookup is provided in the main living area along with DVD and CD players. Internet service is provided along with a business desk for all computer communication and surfing. Local telephone service is installed.

We are a gated community offering 24 hour security with on-site property manager. Located a short walk to Paradise Village where you will find grocery stores, shopping, restaurants as well as 24 hour medical assistance. We are 15 minutes away from the International Airport, and 20 minutes to downtown by taxi. Villa Magna Residence is located adjacent to "Dreams Villa Magna", an all-inclusive 5-Star resort. Here you will find full service restaurants, lounges, spa, gym and kids club available to guests at a reduced rate. You have the availability to choose from various packages offered.

Our flat beaches provide the perfect venue for a walk along the water or relax under a palapa in our comfortable beach loungers. Of course relaxing on your own private oversized deck will provide relaxing Bay views that are second to none.

Why The Owner chose Nuevo Vallarta

We purchased our Villa Magna condo while vacationing in Puerto Vallarta in 2007. My husband simply fell in love with the beautiful location and the impressive building approach that was used to construct the entire complex. We purchased one of the 10 front units that allows us to be right there on the beach front and we will never regret the choice. Every year we look forward to enjoying our lovely home and we are certain that you will feel the same.

What makes this condo unique

The most extraordinary experience of our Villa Magna home is the magnificent view that we have from our unit. Dining on our patio/deck provides the exclusive sea-side experience of all of the up-scale restaurants and we are able to capture it from our own home.

My family stayed at Pj’s villa from June 29 – July 11, 2012. First of all, renting the villa from Pj was hassle free. Not only she is very professional, she also kindly provided us with plenty of information and contacts in Puerto Vallarta. Once we were in Vallarta, we found her condo manager equally friendly and helpful.
As for the Villa, it is even nicer than what the picture shows on VRBO. The ocean view from the living room and bedrooms were absolutely stunning. The sound of the ocean was extremely relaxing and the villa itself was well equipped and beautifully decorated. While we enjoyed the tranquility of the villa, we also kept our kids (7 and 12) busy with the resort’s activities. I always think where we stay can make or break our trip. Pj’s Villa definitely made our trip extra special and we would love to go back any time. I have already recommended this Villa to many of my friends and relatives. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful Villa.

Our 'Dream Come True' family Christmas holiday was absolutely wonderful. The condo & resort are very family oriented, from the nice clean beach to the many pools for the children to play & enjoy. The condo's large size allowed for each couples' privacy, with the spacious private bedrooms c/w with private baths & lots of room throughout for everyone to enjoy. There was everything that we needed to easily accomodate our family of 6 adults & 3 small children, from the well stocked linens to the superior equipped kitchen. From morning sunrise to evening sunsets there are never ending vistas to be enjoyed from the deck. Great to sit & watch the sailboats, sip on on beverage, enjoy large family meals or lay back & just enjoy! We have been to the Puerto/Nuevo Vallarta area 16 times & this was by far our our very best holiday ever!!

Staying here was wonderful! The resort is lovely and the owners have the kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Beds were comfortable and the unit is very roomy. The unit was nicely decorated. The best part was the HUGE deck that overlooks the ocean where you could sit and have a meal or have a snooze on one of the comfortable chaises. Would happily stay here again.

This charming condo provides all the amenities and atmosphere one could ask for in Nuevo Vallarta. It has a beautiful view and comfortable accommodations set in a laid back resort environment. Everything you need is available in the condo. We have rented through VRBO domestically and internationally several time, yet have not posted any reviews. This property well deserves a two thumbs up! We'll be booking again.

Perfect Sunsets

My family and I have just returned from staying in this unit and have had one of our best trips Mexico ever. The unit is located just off the sand and its impossible not to see every nights beautiful sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great art on the walls from what I asume to be local artists. The unit is well stocked from towels, linens to kitchen necessities. This unit is a home away from home. Thank you so much...Matt
