This condo is a one of a kind designer furnished and gorgeously finished One Bedroom + Office/Den condo located on the 14th floor of the popular Astoria building in the heart of The Inner Harbour.

If you are looking for a Spacious One Bedroom Plus Den/Office, then this is the place for you. This is not a studio style suite. This is a roomy 750 sq ft wonderfully furnished apartment with all of the comforts of home.

The open floor plan for the kitchen, living, and dining area is separated from the office/den by a French door, providing the privacy and quiet you may desire while working, reading, or relaxing.

The bedroom and the balcony offer more separate spaces. So, unlike the many crowded one bedroom condos on the market, this lovely spot boasts so much more. To top it all off, don’t forget that this unit is on the 14th floor with views from every room, including the office/den.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooking. Many of the extras you need are pre-stocked, such as paper towels, cooking oil, food covering wraps, soaps, and more. It you need it, and it isn’t there, just ask and we’ll bring it to you.

I would like to compliment you on putting on a good show. The "experience" one has is most often made up of the small things and you have done a great job of that. Sue's comment is that the place was "well supplied."

Not Enough Time

Our three nights went very quickly with only 2 full days to do alot. We checked out the Empress, went to Fisherman's Wharf both days (loved the houses on the water, great character), visited Chinatown and the other city streets. Walked around the harbour and went on the little taxi boats.
Butchart Gardens are a must. Went by the public bus, $2.50 each way.
Ate at both Red Fish Blue Fish and Barb's Fish and Chips at Fisherman's Wharf on different days to compare. We decided that Barb's had the better atmosphere though the salmon at both was great. Chips better at Barb's. We also saw the resident Harbour Seals here.
Didn't have time for the museum, etc but if we come back this way, which I am sure we will one day, we will visit what we didn't have time for then.
The apartment has been great, convenient to the harbour. We also walked back from Fisherman's Wharf to the apartment via the seawall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Victoria. The weather was beautiful and the condo was perfect, clean, well located and had everything one might need. We really appreciated your friendly welcome and advice on things to see and do.
The Sidewalk Chalk Festival was fantastic with many amazing artists. The Friends of Government House were busy cleaning up the gardens when we walked through them. What a lovely group of people, so friendly and obviously happy in their volunteer activity.
The week was over so quickly that we will need to return to do all the things we missed this time.
Hate to leave, but will definitely return.

Eventful But Fantastic

We had a most fabulous visit! The condo was fantastic and we had a great time enjoying the local sights, sounds and smells. Of course that would include all of the amazing food we ate at the Sticky Wicket, Jam & Red Fish Blue Fish. Although we had difficulty in getting to Victoria (with missing our original ferry and then getting stopped by customs for them to search our car), in the end our trip over was incredibly worth it!
The best find had to have been Church and State winery between the Butterfly and Butchart Gardens. GREAT merlot ice wine and the tasting bar is open 7 days per week. Overall, a great experience and fantastic honeymoon!

My parents really LOVED the rental place. They felt very comfortable. The really valued the centric location and the supplies provided. The price was very reasonable.

My parents said that they would definitely like to come back to the apartment, so I will probably contact you in the future again.

We are all so grateful to you for your warm welcome to my parents, your friendly attitude and willingness to help and for being on top of everything. Thank you for making my parents stay a lovely one... I got dressed up for my wedding there, so I will never forget that!

I hope to see you around in Victoria and I will definitely contact you when my parents or other relatives come to visit Victoria. I would definitely recommend your services and the Astoria apartment.
