The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and have great ocean views. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and the kid's bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunkbed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The bedroom doors separate them and their attached wardrobe, vanity, and bathrooms from the living room. This gives you some privacy from the other bedroom. Close the bedroom windows at night if you don't want to go to sleep to the sound of the surf.
When you're ready to go out a short walk South down the beach takes you to the pier which has a Ruby's which is a 1940s style diner. Going North instead will take you to the Harbor and Marina which have several great restaurants such as the Rockin Baja Lobster, Monterrey Bay Canners, Jolly Roger, and Joe's Crab Shack. There's more to do here than just eat though. There's Jetski and sit-on-top Kayak rentals, Harbor Cruises, and if you are serious about fishing, Helgren's Sport Fishing.
When you're ready to head out in your car it couldn't be much easier than it is. Just a few steps beyond the front door is the entrance to the parking garage. A short way into the garage are the two parking spaces that come with this condo. This is on the ground floor with the condo so there are no stairs to deal with at all.
There's so much to do right in Oceanside you may not get around to driving out of town. If you do though this is a great hub to do your traveling from. Less than 15 minutes of driving will take you to Mission San Luis Rey or Legoland. A 30 minute drive will put you at Torrey Pines State Reserve or the Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. Just 45 minutes and you're at Sea World or the San Diego Wild Animal Park. An hour is all that is needed to get to the San Diego Zoo and just 70 minutes will take you to Disneyland. Ten minutes from Disneyland is Knotts Berry Farm.
If you have any energy left after all this a drive of around 2 hours will take you to Six Flags Magic Mountain or, to take it a little easier, the Getty Museum.
