ENJOY RELAXED HOLIDAYS IN VILLA WITH POOL AND SPA

Our stay at Villa Lara was an excellent experience. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want while staying there. To our satisfaction this house was very clean and the pool area and outdoor dining area was very comfortable and great for outdoor dining.The location of the home was within minutes of numerous restaurants and shopping.
We can't say enough good things about the Property Manager. She helped us in every way she could. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
We will definitely return for another visit.

What a wonderful time we had staying at this lovely house. Upon arriving everything was clean and ready for us to start our vacation. The weather was perfect so we kept the sliding glass doors to the lanai open and we had a constant cool breeze all day (and night) because there were sliding glass doors in the master bedroom too. We never even had to turn the AC on! The part we loved most was being able to bring our Russian Wolfhound and he totally enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and lay around the pool and watch the ducks and birds diving into the waterway beyond the lanai. We enjoyed him being very safe inside the lanai that could be kept locked at all times. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evening. There were just the two of us plus Boris. But, if we had others, the house was set up perfectly because the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. The girl who checks you in lives very close and was willing to help with any questions we had, which made it perfect. She even let me borrow some garlic salt! There are stores and restaurants very close by and the beach is about 30 minutes away. All of the neighbors were very friendly, we met many while walking Boris. There is a two car garage with a garage opener so we just pulled the car in the garage when we got home each day. There is a new washer and dryer to use and they had detergent but I took my own. We hope to go back again and we would recommend this house to anyone who wants a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. FYI: We found a wonderful Homemade Ice Cream Store in Ft. Meyer's called Love Boat Ice Cream and it is worth a DAILY drive!! Back to Villa Lara, it was a perfect house for us and I hope it will be a perfect house for anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral at a very reasonable price. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!!

My family stayed at the Villa Lara for 6 days and just loved it! It was a perfect location for us to travel to various places such as Sanibel/Captiva, Tampa, and even drove up to Orlando one day. The house was clean and spacious and had all of the accomodations one could ask for. The best thing of all was Property Management! All of our questions, needxs, etc. were addressed immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We're looking forward to another trip next year. :-)
