IL Pelagone has two bedrooms, an office with comfortable Sofa bed and two bathrooms, High Speed Internet access. The pool area is facing south, meaning you will have sun all day long. The Villa features an electric heating pump, as well as solar heating. Everything is designed to fit the newest and most modern standards.The vacation home has a Boat dock. 2 bikes are available. We just recently vacationed in Cape Coral and stayed at this beautiful vacation home. It was a great experience; the house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful and in a very central part of the cape. The service we receive from Steffen and Vanessa from Vesteva Property Management was outstanding, they checked us in promptly and showed us around and even gave us some local restaurants and beaches to visit.
