Cozy cabin style property located in the Mill Creek sub-division. Low elevation and walking distance to the Lake, restaurants, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Large level fenced in back yard with wrap around outside deck. Boat parking available.

3 Bedrooms, 2 baths. One bedroom downstairs with two upstairs.

Pet Friendly Policy:

Pet (1 dog) is allowed under the following conditions: a. The nightly rental rate shall be increased by an additional $25.00 b. The cleaning fee charged shall be increased by an additional $50.00 c. There shall be a $25.00 fee charged for any required removal of pet wastes found around the property or adjacent properties

Goldfish Properties must approve all reservation with pets. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Walking distance to the Lake, Walking distance to the Hyatt, Low elevation, Deck or Balcony, Fireplace, Laundry, Skiing Near by, HOUSE, VCR and/or DVD, PET FRIENDLY.
