Located near Kennedy Compound, five minutes walk to beach, fully equipped 4 bedroom house. Sleep 10 in comfort, with large open plan living area. It really is a 5 minute walk to Sea Street beach and a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Main Street. With a private rear deck, washer/dryer, games room in the basement and a large master bedroom this house makes for an ideal summer vacation on the cape.

We are located on a quiet street really 5 minutes walk to Sea Street beach (a.k.a. Keyes Beach) which is shallow, safe and sandy with warm water to swim from Memorial Day on. If you can bring yourself to leave the beach, we're also a short walk to Hyannis Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants, interesting shops, and activities for children. We're also close to Hyannis Harbor for whale watching, trips fo the islands, deep sea fishing. nearby is Cape Cod Railroad, the Cape Cod chip factory and many other attractions.

We stayed here for a weekend at the end of April. A beautiful home, modern and very clean. Just a short walk to the beach and the main street. Great food in local restaurants. A quiet time of the year but very relaxing and most enjoyable. We would certainly come back. The owner was very helpful.

We had the best family vacation! The weather was a perfect 10, the house was absolulty gorgeous! The kids enjoyed the large front yard for football and wiffle ball. We spent many days at the beach, which was so conveniently close! The evening walks to the Main Street were magnificant! We also enjoyed hanging on the deck, it was small, yet cozy! The only downfalls were the downstairs bathroom shower.....very small! Also the parking wasnt too accomodating. We rented the house with 3 vehicles and there were only available parking for 2. Otherwise we couldnt ask for a better vacation....thanks so much! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Great location and Beautiful home!

This home is beautifully updated with a wonderful open floor plan and modern updated kitchen and baths. We LOVED it. Also great was the location. It is a 5-6 minute walk to Sea Street beach and a 12 minute walk to downtown Hyannis. Although it is connected to a small condo complex via a breezeway, it is no different than having a next door neighbor. We also loved the large grassy front yard as well as the basement with air hockey / fusball/ and tv...great for kids. Small deck was only downside but this home's many advanatages more than made up for this.

Clean, close to town, nice upgrades

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and although this house is a short walk to the beach (Sea Street), we never spent the day at that beach. It is very small. We ended up driving to other beaches in Hyannis and paying $15/day to park. And, again, it is a close walk to town, it is at the far end of town. This house is also connected to about 10 condos/apartments, which we didn't expect from the pictures or ad, so there was no private yard or anything. The house was very clean and the updates the new owners did were very nice.
Owner's Response: Thank-you for your review. We enjoy Sea St beach because it is smaller than some of the other beaches in Hyannis. Our daughter has been a lifeguard there for several years. It is a very safe beach for children. Our home has a hugh front lawn that is perfect for family activities like football and baseball. Off the kitchen is a private deck with a table /chairs and a gas grill. The house is not attached to the condo complex, it is located on the grounds of Mariner condo association.
