Recently redecorated interior and of course free Wi-Fi access for the times you'll need to connect with the outside world & a King bed for comfort. Even though there is central A/C, the owners also have ceiling fans in every room for those of you who prefer the trade winds. They have also hung 2 new shades on the lanai for your comfort.Your kitchen includes everything affording the opportunity to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Optionally, many guests enjoy the many nearby restaurants for their evening meal, or join the many returning guests and owners at the cabana near the area. We enjoy having breakfast on the lanai every morning with the ocean view before us. Incredible views! Only downfall was not having laundry available in the unit. Also, because the stairs in front of our unit was under construction, it was fairly noisy and inconvenient.

This is a great location. We did not unpack as the dresser drawers smelled quite musty. The lack of washer and dryer was a drawback. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning details. Overhead fans were very dusty and some corners of the bathroom were dirty. The screens on the lanai were a nice touch for sitting outside in the morning.

The Casa is a great place to stay, being right on the trolley & bus route, and having a liquor store & deli right on the property. The beach, the pools, the fully equipped condo - everything makes for a great vacation. The only thing that could have made it better would be a coffee grinder and a dust pan.

We have now stayed at Casa 8 times in the past 10 years. This unit is by far the most outdated unit we have stayed in. Even the lamp in the living room works only when you plug it in. The complex itself is great and very well maintained. We will return to casa again, just not this particular unit.
