This home is located next to the historic Golden Bough Playhouse, and has lovely gardens and deck on an over-sized lot. Living room has fir hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD, cable with On Demand Pay-Per-View movies and stereo. Dining table with seating for six. Cute, bright modern kitchen equipped with gas range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and small table with seating for two. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. (stacked Maytag washer/dryer in closet off living room). Spacious deck connects to the guest house. Guest house has a King bed, TV with built-in DVD & CD player, kitchenette, and full bathroom with a shower stall--great accomodations for friends or older children!
