I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The Good...
-Nice view of the gulf
-Large glass sliding doors to enhance the view from living room and master bed
Plenty of balcony space
-Plenty of kitchen utensils
-Nice loft for the kids to sleep
The Bad...
-Walk in front door, and it doesn't shut easily. It had to be almost slammed to get it to shut (I feel sorry for our neighbors)
-There were large pieces of left over carpet on the floors acting as rugs (obviously when the carpet was replaced the left over pieces were thought to be great rugs) FYI this is just plain tacky... if I am renting a place for almost $200 a night then go out and spend a couple hundred on real rugs!
-No Screen on the large sliding door so if you wanted to enjoy the weather you had to do it with the sliding door wide open with no screen
-Balcony railing needs painted
The Ugly...
-The sliding door from the living room to the out side was almost impossible to open or shut... it needs replace or serviced (unacceptable as it is, kids couldn't open or shut it)
-The door to the storage room on the balcony was rusting off the frame... the door could not be shut, unacceptable for the price paid.
-The first thing I noticed when I walked in the living room was the dirt caked on the fins of the ceiling fan and what goes through my head when I see something like that is just laziness... there is a step stool in the bathroom closet it would take 5 minutes to clean that fan. If the cleaner cuts corners on something so obvious then what else are they cutting corners on that you can see ugggh!
FYI
I brought all of these items to the attention of the rental office and even wrote them down for them and asked if they inspect the properties and they said they did, so hopefully they get fixed.
