Just a short stroll to restaurants, bars and shops!!! Park your vehicle, let your cares and worries roll out with the tide and set your watch to "island time". Situated in the center of all the action on Pensacola Beach! From the extensive balcony (460 sq. ft) of this 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom condo you can relax, grill or just "chill". Directly across from the fishing pier and Casino Beach.Split bedroom plan with large common area makes this unit perfect for families and groups who want lots of space for getting together but also require a place to "get away". Open kitchen fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. This property rents Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the months of June22 to August 10. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Location was great and was so spacious and relaxing. The floors were dirty, didn't mind the sand, but our feet were black on the bottom, so we wore socks. Didn't like having to back all the way out to leave, but luckily it was walking distance to most places and the beach.... :) would definitely stay again as long as I don't have to go into Prnsacola and just hang at the beach....

Awesome condo, great location, had everything we needed and more- but filthy floors! After an hour of walking around barefoot our feet looked like we stepped on an ink pad. Please have house keeping mop this beautiful place. Our stay was amazing!!
