Tristan Towers (Unit 9B) Corner unit, wrap around balcony with beautiful view of both Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. This property rents Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the months of June, July and mid-August. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
I would recommend staying at Tristan Towers. The views were amazing and the complex is very family friendly. While the location is the last tower before the park, its an easy drive and walk to the boardwalk and the main Pensacola Beach area. The condition of the condo was nice, however there were a few things (light bulb out, crack in a mirror, etc) that were noticeable. We did need a new cable box for one of the TVs, so it was out of commission for most our stay. The only thing that was pretty dirty was the floor where it stuck to your feet. The rest of the condo was immaculate and very comfortable. I would say it was worth the amount that we paid and would rent it again.
