Deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Gulf Front condo. Beautifully furnished, Tommy Bahama Decor. Upgraded appliances in kitchen. Garden Tub in upstairs bathroom. 2 level unit with 2 balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! This property rents Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the months of June, July and mid-August. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old, and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

The location cannot be beat -- lovely views from the living room and bedroom and the beach is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and wonderful to cook in. However, the furniture is a bit run down and the comforters on the bed could use a good wash. The washing maching broke down while we did our wash and our laundry was stuck in it overnight until the repairman came.

This is the second year our family has stayed in Pensacola Beach. This year we stayed at the SeaHorse, last year it was at Emerald Dolphin.
The only reason we didn't stay at the Emerald was it was already book the week we needed. The the big difference in perferances were to have a pool an hot tub. Which the Emerald had and but the SeaHorse did not. We still will come back next year I'll just have to make sure I book a little earlier to get the Emerald.
