Our river home is located in the Palms River Resort Community in Needles California. Centrally located between many area attractions, we offer a great "home base" for you and your family to enjoy a unique vacation and explore the area. We are 90 minutes from Vegas, or the west rim of the Grand Canyon and less than thirty minutes from Laughlin, the historic ghost town of Oatman and London Bridge. If you would rather stay and relax the community offers a beautiful resort style pool, spas, tennis court, game room and fitness center. The Colorado River is easily accessible with a private launch ramp, so you can plan boat trips to Lake Havasu, London Bridge, Topac Gorge, Pirates Cove or Laughlin. If you'd rather, you can find a quiet beach along the Colorado River and spend a peaceful day swimming and fishing.

The pool area and clubhouse include pool, two spas, baby pool, BBQ, washers, dryers, showers, tennis/sport court, game room, fitness center, blow up water slide and jumpee.
