The house is comprised of 3 large floors. The ground floor offers a drying room for your ski gear, fully equipped laundry, huge theatre room and a purpose build Japanese Tatami room (very popular with kids and adults alike). The Tatami room can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons on soft Japanese futons. The Tatami room has its own bathroom.
The spacious media room opens out to a hot bubbling 10 person jacuzzi. What a way to wind down from a perfect day’s skiing! Deluxe furnishings include works by top Hokkaido furniture maker Conde House, and a 14-person oak dining table by Australian designer Khai Liew.
The middle floor is comprised of three very spacious bedrooms all with king beds which can be split into king singles depending on your requirements. Each bedroom has its own ensuite offering everyone their own private pampering zone.
The massive open living, dining and kitchen area is located on the top floor to take advantage of breath taking views of Mount Yotei. The master bedroom on the top floor offers a comfortable king bed which again can be split into 2 king singles depending on your requirements. It also has its own bathroom.
The bedrooms are spacious enough to fit one or two futons where additional bedding is needed.
Incorporating elements of eco design, the building is oriented due south for the maximum amount of passive solar heat gain.

Niseko is the greatest winter tourist attraction in Japan famous for the Ski chalets and epic powder.
In terms of size, Niseko is actually composed of four resorts: Niseko Moiwa, Niseko Annapuri, Niseko Higashiyama and Niseko Hirafu.
