This lovely 1835 farm house is set on 3.5 acres and borders the Green Mountain National Park. Ski cross country on groomed trails or downhill at Stratton Mountain, Sunny Bromley and others. 4 miles to Manchester, 30 minutes to Bromley Ski area. 40 minutes to Stratton. Stream is 50 feet from door. Pets Welcome.

Great location, trout fishing right out front door. Nice hikes, shopping and attractions all very close. Comfortable and charming house!
