LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION:

- Located on the residential and prestigious peninsula of Lowland.

-“CARAMEL' is a fully furnished villa equipped for 2 to 8 people, located in a large closed tropical garden, with fabulous sea and sunset view.

- With a spacious living room / kitchen,

- 4 double bedrooms (2 king size beds, 2twin beds, 1 double),

- Each bedroom has a private terrace, lavatory, shower, toilet, fan, mosquito netting and air conditioning.

- Enjoy the very large terrace with plants, swimming pool, a gazebo sofa and a gazebo bar/kitchen.

- The independent studio downstairs is for the staff.

- Automatic gate at the entrance of the villa, barbecue, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, Grand piano, garden furniture’s,

- Security gate at the entrance of Terres Basses (Low Lands)

FACILITIES:

- The charming manager will be happy to welcome, satisfy all your requests and give you the best suggestions on the island for an unforgettable holiday experience!

- Cleaning, towers and sheets furnished.

- We ask 150 euros in extra directly to the cleaning lady to recondition the villa after departure. More if you need during your stay.

- Rental car essential by renters selected to welcome you at the airport. Reasonable prices, in direct with them.

- Prior your sojourn, to confirm your reservation, I shall be happy to send you a contract, checklist, route with pictures from the airport and recommendations.

- Features on request: home chef, car rental (Essential with selected company), babysitter, boat rental, reservation for restaurants, package tours and boat charter (St Martin and islands nearby) ...etc.

- A kit of rafraichissement available on arrival after your long trip.

RATES - CONDITIONS:

- From 2.600 to 9.000 USD depending the season and the number of people. Weekly rate of 7 nights on request.

- 30% on reservation, the balance before arrival by transfer or Paypal.

- In case of disaster or drama on the villa, rehousing according to the possible or the refund.

- In cancellation for major case of strength, it will be due 30 %, 50 % or 100 %: 1 month, 15 days or 1 week before dates of reservation.

I saw this island for the first time while being 'in transit' and immediately fell in love with it.

Destiny brought me back there the day I accepted a girlfriend's invitation to come and see her.

As soon as I arrived, I dreamt to act like her and settle down.

My dream has come true once I found this magical 'spot' with its beautiful sunsets and deep blue sea.

It gave me the necessary energy to build this comfortable, independent, simple villa,

It was so nice to spend our time in this beautiful villa.
First Rosie explain everything to make us confortable.
The house is much more better than pictures and the view is exceptionnal.

ecellent séjour dans cette superbe villa très bien décorée et merveilleusement placée face à la mer turquoise et face au coucher de soleil en buvant un punch au bord de la piscine
