Located in the beautiful Beverlywood neighborhood, this home is just 2 blocks from the Beverly Hills city limit and a short walk to many distinctive restaurants and shops. Famous Rodeo Drive is very nearby for upscale shopping. We are also very close to Century City, Culver City, Fox Studios, Santa Monica, Cedars Sinai and UCLA.

This 2,500 sq. ft. apartment has central heating and air conditioning. All utilities, WIFI and cable TV are included. Weekly house cleaning and gardening will also be provided. This is a comfortable place to stay while in LA.

Including a full, private master suite, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 baths upstairs 1 bath downstairs.) The upstairs bathrooms each have two sinks, a tub and a stall shower. Two of the three bedrooms have balconies overlooking lush trees in the large back yard. The 1st floor has a custom slate floor, a wood burning / gas fireplace and a wet bar. There's a laundry room with a large capacity washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, etc. There's an eat-in kitchen that seats 6 and also a separate dining room. Four car parking spaces are provided. The large back yard (15’ x 50’) provides charming shaded areas for dining and leisure. The apartment sleeps 6 easily but can accommodate more.

Why Joy chose Beverly Hills

It's located in the best area of Los Angeles (in our opinion), just south of Beverly Hills. It has just about every amenity. This is a very clean, quiet and safe area that's in one of the most desirable areas of L.A.

What makes this townhome unique

The extra large master bedroom has a balcony and its own separate very large bathroom. Everything about this apartment is large -- the kitchen, the 2 dining areas, the bathrooms, the livingroom, etc. It's 2,500 sq. ft. total plus a private backyard. The weather here is the best in the area -- Los Angeles has micro climates. This is just about the best. Not as cloudy as it often is closer to the beach, but a lot cooler most of the year than the San Fernando Valley. Very little smog.

Comfortable and Convenient Accommodations

Joy and her husband were wonderful hosts. I made a very late arrival, and they were very accommodating and welcoming despite that inconvenience. Joy made every effort to help me in any way that she could and her husband went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable with very good beds and comfortable linens. The baths are spacious and clean and have original retro features that I found charming: traditional LA as I knew it from my childhood. This was a very convenient location for me. It was quiet and restful..Best of all Joy and her husband are very, very nice people and I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet them.

Get a wonderful stay

We stayed 7 people from Sweden at this place and we enjoyed every second of it. Very friendly owner who welcomed us and told us places to visit. The location were perfect, quite close to everything.
The description of the property was fair and it was well maintained and clean.
The owners were very generous and let us lend their computers and wireless network as much as we wanted.
We have no complaints whatsoever and can really recommend this place. It is really affordable and you gonna get a wonderful stay. Probably we will come back ourself some time-
