CUTE COTTAGE IN A QUIET ALCOVE CLOSE TO BILTMORE

Very clean and cozy! We were greeted with a bottle of Biltmore wine upon arrival. What a nice touch! We enjoyed the front porch and the covered deck out back. So close to Biltmore and downtown, it made this a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Five stars! Thanks!

LONG-TERM, WINTER STAY

I stayed in Ashevilla for a total of seven weeks while my daughter was settling in at college. At times, there were 4 of us; other times, just me...it was homey and comfortable in every situation. The amenities were great and the home is well-equipped for a longer stay. The location is very convenient to Biltmore Village, downtown is only 5 minutes away and its right off Hwy. 40 which was perfect to connect me to my daughter in Swannanoa...even during Winter Storm Pax! Favorite, local restaurants were the Corner Kitchen, the Village Wayside Bar & Grille, the Cantina, Rezaz and Moe's Original B.B.Q...all in the Village. And, you can't get any closer to the Biltmore House! (I bought a pass since I was there long enough to make use of it.) The owner, Brian, and the property manager, Katrina, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. It definitely became my "home away from home" and I look forward to coming back, again and again! (Note: If you have any mobility issues, be aware that parking isn't the easiest in that you have to park below and walk up 4 or 5 stone steps to the walkway. Toting luggage and/or groceries...especially in the winte,r could pose problems.)

We loved the cottage, especially all of the repurposed items used throughout! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed at our disposal. We would definitely recommend this property! We would love to return and stay again. We didn't have the opportunity to go to the Biltmore during this trip, so would like to do that at some point. During this trip, we went to a wedding at the Grand Bohemian. The only downside was the flat tire from one of the gravel rocks in the parking area, which was a freak occurance.
Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in Ashevilla!

COZY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in south Asheville, with quick and easy access to the city and surrounding areas. The house was a great value with everything we needed to set up our base camp. The kids enjoyed the back porch and foosball table. The front porch was great too, but it was a bit to chilly to sit outside. The house was well stocked, more than I expected, and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We had a problem with one toilet when we arrived, but it was taken care of immediately. Washer and dryer a big plus with kids. We would definitely come back!

AWESOME GETAWAY-PERFECT ACCOMODATIONS-EASY ACESS

Six of us were well accommodated. The place was spotless and ready for our arrival. The location is awesome. We walked to Biltmore Village for breakfast each day. The back porch was our gathering spot throughout the stay - awesome feeling like we were in a tree house! The art work displayed throughout the home is fabulous - making the stay even more interesting.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Asheville for a short or long stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks Brian
