You’ve heard it many times before…”Location, Location, Location!” Sapphire’s location is exceptional. TRUE ski on / ski off on one of Okemo’s most beautiful trails. The Sachem Ski trail runs directly next to our home! Ski directly to our steps! The apartment has a great floor plan. It is very open and very conducive to fun times for your family. Our apartment is also extremely well furnished and impeccably maintained. It is also full of amenities. Our **True** ski on ski off feature will help make your trip much more memorable and enjoyable.
Apres Ski at any of the many restaurants, pubs, lodges or even at the home itself!
Spring/Summer/Fall Activities:
There are several swimming areas nearby...
Plymouth State Park and Echo Lake. There is a sandy public beach here...great place for swimmers of all ages. This location is about 4 to 5 miles away or a 7 to 10 minute drive. A lifeguard is on duty at most times. There is a picnic area, paddle boats, concession stand, etc. Very scenic. Very Clean.
Ski:
If you are planning to ski ..... you cannot get any closer to the slopes than our “West Village” home apartment. You just walk out of our door and some of the best skiing and boarding in the East will await you. We are directly on the Sachem Ski Trail.
Our ski on, ski off feature will help make your ski experience an easier and more relaxing one.
Note that for several years in a row, Okemo has been rated #2 in all of North America for trail grooming by SKI Magazine.
**Other Winter Activities**:
Snow Mobiling on the nearby vast trail system or at many other facilities nearby.
Ice Skating...at the nearby Ludlow Recreational Area.
Sledding...on any of the many sledding hills nearby.

Coming to play golf? We are very near the Okemo Valley Golf Club. Let us know how we can help may your Spring, Summer and Fall Vermont experience the best it can be.
For those that do not golf...tennis, fantastic outlet shopping in nearby Manchester, the Bromley Summer Adventure Park, antique shops, fine dining and the Weston Playhouse and many restaurants are all nearby. Dozens of great dining possibilities very close to the home.
Like to swim? Try one of the many lakes, gorges, and beaches in the area. Buttermilk Falls, a natural gorge with several 'swimming holes' is near our home...great swimming for the entire family. For those that are a bit more daring...there is a rock jump next to the larger falls area that one can jump into a very deep swimming hole. If you are interested in swimming in a truly natural habitat...this should not be missed. Buttermilk falls is only 2 miles away. Our home is a perfect base from which to enjoy the natural beauty of Vermont.
