Contemporary Pondfront getaway! Tucked in a private location on Shallow Pond, this comfy light & bright open floor plan offers dramatic water views from almost any room. Your own private beach on the pond offers fantastic kayaking and canoeing from your doorstep. Soaring ceilings, sleeping loft, center fireplace and wrap around decks are perfect for summer entertaining or morning coffee.

The kitchen is equipped with the basics and then some, and the living area is open and comfortable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and two additional bedrooms feature queen beds & two double beds. The sleeping loft has a double bed, there's a sleep sofa in the TV room, and most all rooms have water views! Sauna, Outside shower, gas grill and everything you could want for a perfect vacation! Beach Pass included for 17 Barnstable beaches, linens included.

Centerville is a lovely, quiet town, midway between Hyannis and Osterville. Enjoy the Beach pass included in this property that allows you to use all 17 area beaches free!

Craigville Beach area is well-known for its beautiful setting. The protected location has warm water temperature and calm surf. There are many area activities like swimming, biking, walking, fishing, canoeing, boating and golfing. Within a short drive are fine restaurants. Spend a day shopping on Main Street in Hyannis or the Cape Cod Mall. Visit Hyannis Harbor and take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. You can also arrange for a deep-sea fishing trip or a whale watch. Take in a summer concert at the famous Cape Cod Melody Tent. This is a perfect setting for a great Cape Cod Vacation!
