The house was beautifully decorated and a nice gated community. Very quiet and secure location. The location was a little far from department store shopping, but had a grocery store within 3 miles. The house had all the kitchen, bathroom items needed. The property was very clean and comfortable for 6 people. We were very disappointed in the hot tub & pool which I had paid extra for the heating. We arrived on Friday afternoon and the hot tub was not heated. We called the management group after being at the house for 3 hours and were told that the hot tub would heat up. It did never got to 100 degree as stated in the paperwork at the house. We were able to enjoy the pool on Saturday, but still by Saturday night the hot tub was lukewarm. We called the management group again on Sunday morning and was told that this was a spa tub instead of a hot tub and that the maximum heat would only be 93. We had 4 very disappointed teenagers who were looking forward to this after a long day at Universal. I know that there were a couple of colder days over Christmas, but we used the solar cover as described in the paperwork at the house and the hot tub still was not useable for most of our stay. The hot tub and pool were one of the main items that we were looking for when we were searching for a place to stay in the Orlando area. So I guess we have learned 2 things... to make sure the next time we make sure that it is a hot tub instead of a spa tub and that paying for the extra heat in the winter months is pretty much a waste of your money. I would come back to this house in the summer months when we could take full advantage of the pool and spa tub, but not in the winter.

Owner's Response: The pool service personnel arrived to setup and heat the pool/spa prior to the guest's arrival and then came back to show the tenants how to use the feature as well. Given the temperature at night, it does take time for the pool, or even the spa, to heat up. I believe the onsite management company was very helpful and timely in their help on this situation and controlled everything they could, except for the air temperature.
