Welcome to the largest unit in the complex, it boasts two bedrooms plus a sofa bed, 1 bath, fully equipped-granite counter tops kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and plenty of windows that make it bright and airy.

There is a king size bed in one bedrooms, 2 twin beds in the other, and a queen size - air matteress sofa bed (very comfortable).

Renovated and decorated with a fun nautical theme. TV in every room and FREE Wi-Fi. A large heated pool completes your vacation experience.

You are going to love it here.

Note - closed from September 8 to mid December for building renovation.

GREAT BEACH STAY!

We decided to rent this unit due to the location and the fact that it was a 2 bedroom condo that worked well for our party size. We felt that for the size and location of this condo, the price was fair. The condo was more spacious than the pictures seem, especially the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the finishes were very nice for a beach property. The complex pool was nice and well maintained and it was great to have beach gear available to borrow. We were very comfortable here for our short stay and would definitely return.

The only complaint we have is that this unit is very noisy. The bedrooms are right on a very busy street and there is a lot of loud foot traffic and street traffic all night long. Good replacement windows would go a long way in helping to block out the street noise.

Owner's Response: New windows are going up during the building renovation which starts on September 8th of this year, and should be finished by the end of October. The manufacturer tells us that the new windows will reduce the noise by 140%.

CUTE AND CLEAN

The apt/condo was clean and looked to be newly remodeled. It is on Clearwater Beach and the location was awesome for the price paid. The service was very good. The place is right next to a couple restuarants. The food was great. However, on the weekends it is noisy and the condo isn't well insulated for noise reduction. We had a few minor difficulties with the room such as the shower faucet handle falling off and the weather was very windy a couple nights. The windows aren't sealed well and the wind was strong enough that it rattled the blinds all night. I resolved that issue by putting towels on the window sills. The outside of the building needs updated and fixed. The pool was clean and warm as well as the patio area. Over all a good stay.

The noise problem is being taken care of; new noise resistance windows are going to be installed in February or March at the latest. So all the issues with noise, wind blowind in etc., will be resolved. Plans are in place to renovate the entire building during the slow months in the fall of this year. CLEAN, UPDATED CONDO IN GREAT LOCATION!

We had a great time in Clearwater and would stay at this condo again. The exterior of the building needs work but the interior of the condo was updated and very clean. The onsite staff (Mona) was wonderful and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. Everything from helping get our bags up the stairs to replacing towels daily. She even fiound a small cooler for us to bring to the beach. The location is literally steps from the beach and fun local establishments with live music. We had a blast and hope to return again!

Owner's Response: At this time we are comparing bids from several contractors to update/renovate the entire building. Every aspect of the outside will be improved, including a more contemporary look and improvved curb appeal, and new windows and doors.

We are also considering building a rood top deck for grilling and socialiazing. We will add a jacuzzy tub if permitted. The view of the beach and the sunsets from the roof top terrace are amazing.

DISTANCE TO BEACH WAS AMAZING!!

The condo was perfect... roomy.. clean.. cutely decorated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they haf a linen shortage and we only got 4 towels for our 5 guests and never recieved fresh towels. Not a big deal because my kids shared one, and with a washer and dryer in unit we just washed our own for reuse. Parking was limited and first come first serve basis, but other guests are kind enough to let you piggy back thier parking space and come find you if you need to move your car for them. Other than that everything was PERFECT.. local food was great, beach was so close, everything is walking distance. We will definately plan to come again and stay in the same unit. Management was onsite everyday and super friendly. Definately reccommended!

Thank you for your review, it is greatly appreciated. Please accept my apologies for any inconveniences you had. I have addressed the towel issue with management, they tell me that they just received a new shipment of towels so that has been resolved.

Also, our guests are supposed to be given fresh towels on a daily basis, whenever you want clean towels call the office and they'll be happy to bring you fresh ones.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

The condo was even better than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything that you need is there. So close to the beach less than a full block. One of the best things was finding out about the free cab rides. Clearwater was great and staying here was the icing on the cake. Thanks to the excellent staff. We can't wait to return!
