After looking for 2 years we bought this unit because of the views.
Walking distance to almost every thing. We love the local playhouse also close to epic theaters great seafood
stayed 2 weeks it was an excellent choice. end unit ocean views, sunrises & sunsets, condo and building well maintained. walk to Flager avenue was an added plus. will go again soon.
Spent the month of February 2014. This unit has beautiful views and a great location for walking to shops and restaurants.Pool was very clean, and well maintained. Guests were friendly, most were staying several months. In unit washer and dryer was great to have. The balcony had a nice high table and 4 tall chairs so you could maximize the views. The bedrooms were a good size and there was plenty of closet and storage space. The bathrooms were not updated, and there was no walk in shower in either bathroom; climbing over the tub was inconvenient. Furnishings were worn and not comfortable,
carpets were dirty. Unfortunately, repair work was being done on many of the balconies, making for some loud noise on most week days. Some units did not have use of their balconies at all. Having a dedicated space to park in a garage was a plus as many of the parking spaces were taken up by the construction crew and materials.
Future travelers would be well advised to call ahead and make sure the balcony work is complete or you might be unpleasantly surprised.
My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this condo and LOVED every minute! Our vacation was just as I thought it would be: relaxing, quiet, comfortable and the best choice we could have made. The private garage was a plus but some days we didn't even use our car. The short walk to Flagler Ave. is very pleasant, especially via the beach. We tried some new restaurants as well as the old favorites, especially The Garlic and The Breakers. The pool looks brand new and is very clean; the beach was just fabulous. Neither was very crowded although the weather was great. We walked on the beach for hours every day.There was always a lovely breeze with temperatures 10 degrees lower than inland. The people we met were a mix of families with children and senior citizens. The washer & especially the dryer were nice to have in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate on the large balcony at least once every day. This is a great unit on the North end of the building with lots of extra windows & views of the ocean, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse & the bay. We will definitely go back, first chance we have! Also, the owner was very accommodating & concerned about our visit.
We rented this condo from Jan 2012 thru Feb 2012 and had a wonderful time. The condo is great and very well stocked. The owner was great to work with. The complex is well maintained and the manager and staff are extremely nice and helpful. It was a very comfortable fit for my husband and me. The condo is a short walk to Flagler Ave. with many, many things to see and places to eat. Enjoyed it greatly.
