Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath town home. Open floor plan, newly furnished and professionally decorated. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring beautiful Moab. Sleeps 8 people in beds.

The master suite offers a king size bed, walk in closet, privated bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a door out to the covered patio. A 32 inch HD LCD TV is supplied in the master bedroom.

Both guest bedrooms have high quality queen matresses, with plush bedding. Each room walks out to an un-covered patio. Guest bedrooms have access to a full bathroom at the end of the hall (near each bedroom).

The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil you shall need. Kid friendly dishes are supplied. An outdoor covered patio offers a relaxing environment for grilling and dining. A large propane grill is supplied.

Living/Dining are comfortable and tastefully furnished. Entertainment is provided by a 50 inch plasma tv. Sit back and relax on our silky smooth leather sofas. A twin pull out sofa ben is located just off of the living room in a nook. If business calls, we have a nice desk/office area and wireless high speed internet.

Cool off in the pool or relax your muscles in the community spa. The amenities also offer a large grass area, indoor kitchen/entertainment area with ping pong, outdoor grill and covered seating.

We love this house! Was the perfect place to stay for out 6 woman relay team "Colorado Super Chick Sun Chasers" for Red Rock Relay this weekend. We found it to be peaceful, comfortable, quiet, clean. Thank you for renting to us. We really hope to come back in the future!

We stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed by the the home. It is surprisingly large and open. The beds were fantastic and the furnishings were inviting. I thought the drive to town or to Sand Flats would be a bother, but it wasn't at all. Getting away from the congested little town was actually nice! Overall our expectations were exceeded! We hope to stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
