This superbly decorated condo features a sumptuous King size bed in the main bedroom and two Twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room also has a Queen sized Sofabed.
It has a fully equipped kitchen featuring refrigerator, stovetop range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. It also contains all cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and silverware to prepare and setup a great meal.
The condo comes equipped with a computer station featuring a PC computer, printer, scanner, and fax with high speed wired and wireless internet.

This property (along with homeaway #3495557) are part of the only direct ocean balcony view line in the building. They offer the best premium views and experience for beach lovers.
The views from the balcony AND both the living room and the master bedroom are unparalleled.
The view was wonderful! Nothing like hearing and seeing the waves all day and night. Since it's so close to the pool, you can also hear all of the action. The building and valet staff were helpful and pleasant. Although the building is older, the grounds, pool area, and gym are well maintained.
Despite being told we could check-in at 4:00pm, we were not able to check-in until after 7:00pm, because cleaning hadn’t been completed. The property manager continued to give us updates regarding check-in and was apologetic. He remained professional after we explained our displeasure with the late check-in, as well as having to touch up a few areas in the kitchen, specifically wipe down the inside of the microwave. He waived the upgraded cable fee, of which we appreciated.
While the condo is bright and airy and appeared to have been recently remodeled, it could use several items to make it more homey, such as additional living room seating, wash cloths, grater, colander, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Holiday rates between $1400-$1750 apply for Memorial Day, Passover, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving, X-mas and New Year Holiday weeks.

Reservations are not secured until deposit payment is received.
Security deposit of $300 is required to confirm the reservation.
Rent plus tax is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee of $100 due upon check-in.
Parking is $5/day per vehicle for Valet payable directly to them upon check-in.
Return of security deposit within 7 days of vacating premises if no damages.
