Location, Location, Location! It doesnt get any better than this!

The property features 3 bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features queen with ensuite, bedroom two offers two singles and bedroom three offers two bunks. The property sleeps a total of 8 and with the two living areas the property is perfect for one or two families. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen features everything you need including and more. The views from the front rooms are amazing. The large double doors open up onto the front deck where you can sit back and take it all in or enjoy a bbq on the deck.

The rear living offers pool table and air hockey table perfect for the kids or the older “kids”. The property has split system heating and cooling but in summer all you do is open up the doors and let the sea breeze roll in. There is lush green lawns around the property which is perfect for the kids and parking at the property in garage for two cars.
