You can't get much closer to our world famous Stanley Park than this home away from home, an impressive Townhouse on Cardero Street where you have two private balconies and a real wood burning fireplace. You will be within walking distance of 3 beaches, Stanley Park, Lost Lagoon, and the downtown.

Enjoy a vibrant downtown, Gastown, the shops of busy Robson Street, all within a short walk. Visit the Vancouver Art Gallery or Canada Place and stroll home along the Sea Wall Promenade.

Our spacious home gives visitors easy, quick access to shopping, transit, restaurants and cafes just minutes away. The new Canada line rapid transit system from the airport to the downtown area is approximately 15 minutes from the house. My husband and I live in Houston, Texas full time, however we travel to Vancouver as often as we can to visit family and for work. Eventually the plan is to make the move to Vancouver permanently.

This Condo is Fantastic!

I recently traveled to Vancouver with 6 girlfriends for a long weekend to catch up and relax. We loved this condo! Although the condo is older, the location is incredible with views of English Bay and the Park. Situated on a quiet, dead end street, we were steps to Stanley Park and very close to Denman Street, the seawall and Robson Street. Even in the rain, we walked the park each day and easily walked to the many amazing restaurants and bars in the area. Parking on site was a breeze with an undercover garage and also overflow parking available for a fee. Christine was great to work with, returning my calls and emails and finally texts as we arrived closer. She met us, showed us around and made sure we knew how to use everything including the parking area. She also gave us suggestions for dinner and other things to see. The condo has wi-fi which we found useful and also a nice TV with DVD player. The view is spectacular, even in the rain! Everything was as described. The only things I would caution future guests about would be the kitchen is pretty tight- (called a galley kitchen I believe) and not a kitchen where you'd want to prepare large meals. We found it hard to have two in the kitchen and get around each other. Also there were no paper towels or paper napkins, which we found we needed at times. Laundry is available on the floor but not in the unit, but Christine left us some tokens if needed and it's literally steps from your door. Beds and linens were clean and comfy. The bathrooms were smaller but clean and well stocked. We were all adults but this condo would be great for kids- close to the elevator and very accessible. This place is fabulous and we would stay there again!

ah, relaxation....

The condo was better than expected, the pictures do not do it justice and the views from the four balconies are wonderful. All amenities are provided including laundry and an indoor pool. The icing on the cake is the location; just 1/2 block away from Stanley Park and VERY close to Denman, Robson, Davie and Beach Streets. Restaurants, grocery, liquor store, banks and drug store all within 2-3 blocks The neighborhood is a quiet residential enclave between the park and downtown. The Aquatic Center with the Aquabus landing is 10min walk away and that puts you close enough to Granville Island to enjoy the Public Market as a culinary treat. Christine was super easy to work with and a delight to meet. We highly recommend a stay here (just leave some time for us to return too!).

We just returned from our week long stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures are accurate but do not do the unit or the views justice, only being there could. The location was perfect and we truly enjoyed being so close to Stanley Park, please leave yourself time to spend at least a day walking thru it, we took shorts strolls almost daily. There are considerable dining options close by as well as grocery stores should you wish to dine in and enjoy your views. Denam St, Davie St, Robson St and English Bay are VERY close by. Christine was wonderful to work with and although she no longer manages the building, she was prompt in her response to our requests. The laundry and pool were nice extras too. This is a quiet, residencial area and many of your neighbors take their canine companions to the park for walks, so enjoy meeting the furry beasties as we did. We hope to return VERY soon and often!
