• •URI Rental for 2012-2013 is $2,025 per person per semester + utilities and Wireless Internet;
  •2012-2013 URI School year runs from Sept 3rd, 2012 to May 17th, 2013;
  
  Summer 2013 Rates - Sat-Sat stay, $1850 weekly + $250 Security and $75 cleaning fee.
• Rates:
  Terms of Rental - Summer - Jun - Aug: -
  Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday, Arrive after 3:00pm, Depart by 10:00am

  $250 Damage/Security Deposit required, refunded promptly upon verification of clean departure with
  no evidence of smoking, pets or damage. Renters also pay $75 cleaning fee which is non-refundable.

  Summer Rental require 50% with signed rental agreement at time of reservation booking, Final 50%
  plus $50 cleaning and $250 security deposit due 60 prior to vacation.

  as there is generally a 4% fee to cover PayPal and cross-border fees.
