Located in a gated adult community featuring 2 clubhouses, 2 pools, jacuzzi, lakes and fountains, with friendly atmosphere. There are many organized activities as well as a large library of books and CD's. Highway 41 travels right by and makes access to beaches, shopping, Old Naples, the Zoo, banks, and much more a breeze. Nights are quiet and days are cheerful.

The house has a large screen TV, air conditioned Florida Room, screened in lanai with TV, carport, and patio in addition to a roomy kitchen, eating area, and living room. The master bedroom features a Tempurapedic mattress, and the second bedroom has a daybed with trundle as well as a wall desk with a copier/printer for use with your computer. The living room has a hide-a-bed for a surprise overnight guest. Central air gives you the inside comfort you desire. Relax on the covered front porch and visit with many friendly neighbors from all over the country.

Landmark Naples has many activities in the clubhouse and community including dinner dances, ceramics, bingo, cards, shuffleboard, aquacize, art classes. The nearest beach is a 10 minute bicycle ride away, shopping is a 5 minute walk away. Old Naples is 20 minutes in the car with fantastic shopping and festivals. Naples Zoo is a 15 minute drive and a perfect way to spend a whole day. Sunset on your choice of several beaches, Vanderbilt, Barefoot, Wiggens, Lovers Key will quiet your soul. Dolphin and Manatee watching in Big Hickory Bay is a delight. All these are 20 minutes or less driving time from Landmark. Trader Joe's is about a mile away, and Miramar with shopping and dining is just as close. Spend the day at Sanibel for awesome shelling or a weekend at Venice Beach to hunt sharks teeth. Watch the news for sand sculpting at Ft Myers Beach and stop at Coconut Jack's for lunch or dinner to eat under the authentic thatch roof constructed by the Seminole Indians. Weather in the Landmark area of North Naples is treated by the cool ocean breezes making vacationing enjoyable October through June.
