STUDIO IN THE HEART OF THE LATIN QUARTER

My husband and I stayed at this very nicely furnished apartment in the Latin quarter. It is a short walk away from the Notre Dame, and is in a beautiful part of Paris. It had lots of amenities, we found very useful the coffee maker and washer/dryer combo in particular. We spent many evenings sipping wine, eating baguettes (Kayser bakery not too far away) and watching people go by outside the window. One thing to note is the hot water is only hot enough for one shower at a time, so stagger then at least an hour apart. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs), and the stairs a winding and narrow, so if you have mobility troubles it might not be the best place. At the end of our stay our view was disturbed by scaffolding around the building which we were disappointed by, especially because the shutters could not open and we could not see outside. If the scaffolding was up throughout our stay it would not have been nearly as enjoyable.

It is in an area I would classify as very touristy, and as such recommend NOT eating at any of the area restaurants, except for the gyro place (around the corner not downstairs) which students frequent. If you are a light sleeper be warned there is a nightclub across the street, while you can't hear any music, there are people talking loudly until the early hours of the morning, especially on the weekend. We quite enjoyed the noise, and hustle and bustle of the area.

The apartment is very close to the St. Michel metro line, and we had a direct line to Gare Du Nord (Eurostar) as well as the airport. Also, a direct line to the Eiffel tower and the Montparnasse station. There are a lot of cafe's nearby where we sat for an espresso, or wine and watched people go by.

Antoine was very responsive, gave us a code to enter the apartment so we could come as we pleased, and good wifi service. I would absolutely recommend this apartment for a rental to my friends or family, it is especially great for the price.

Planned a trip to Paris in mid-September, it all started with the search for an apartment. I would like to leave feedback about it exactly.

Found great variation in the Latin Quarter, a studio apartment is very bright and cozy. Located near Notre Dame de Paris, in the heart of Paris. From the window of the apartment offers a wonderful view of the small streets and restaurants, often held performances of various local celebrities and the window came the chants of Paris, which further immerses us in the romantic atmosphere of Paris. Near a lot of trade stands where you can buy gifts for the whole family.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: internet, all appliances, TV, hair dryer, kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine ... and more.

Very easy to reach from the airport Charles de Gaulle (CDG)., A straight branch. 4 near the subway station, two bus stops from which you can transfer to the tour bus.

If you want to find a beautiful, bright, not very expensive apartment in the center to stay with a guy or girl friends, definitely Book, will be pleased!!

I'll write my sincere thanks for the word vacation Antoine!!! In order to evaluate the charm of this apartment have to sit a couple of weeks in search of Buckingham regarding adequate housing in the center of Paris, and to understand what the best deal is difficult find. Apartment is located in the most the center of Paris (for me it was a pleasant surprise, for when booked it, I think it is on). ideal location if you plan to walk in Paris by foot.Do all major attractions and museums close by. The Louvre Museum 10 minutes walk to Notre - Dame - just around the corner. Value for money beyond praise. A huge plus - next bunch bistro with adequately by the standards of Paris prices, hungry hard stay. Near metro and RER station, taxi services are not used even once, it is convenient to travel from the airport and back, so too went to Versailles. The apartment is very clean, and although small, has everything you need to relax, including a subway map and pamphlets from museums in Russian (Respect the hosts for the forethought to the hard fraction of tourists.) In order to fall in love with Paris, the best place difficult to find.
