Enjoy all of the comforts of home plus the amenities of a private Resort Island! This first floor unit is elevated, giving it increased privacy, and an extensive outlook of the beautiful lagoon. The Master Bedroom Suite, Living Room and Dining Room all have access to the large screened porch, with all of these rooms overlooking the lagoon. The kitchen includes all new appliances plus a new washer & dryer in the laundry area. The villa is within easy walking distance of the Sanctuary hotel, Turtle Point Golf Course and the East Beach Tennis Club. You can walk, bike or drive to the beach and Night Heron Park.
