Photos and Description of the Kiawah Island vacation cottage rental 3BR/2BA Cottage

Our three bedroom, two bath cottage is located in the private subdivision of Inlet Cove, which is along the Kiawah River. It is only a 30 minute drive from historic Charleston, Civil War Forts, such as, Fort Sumter, and southern plantations. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds; the third bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom has access to the deck and screened-in porch. A fully equipped kitchen with dinette, dining room and living room complete the living area of the cottage. The location is only a five minute walk to both the ocean and Inlet Cove pool.

    Monthly and Daily Rates will be considered.

    A $400 deposit is required within 10 days of the reservation. A refund of the entire deposit will happen if the cancellation is 45 days or more prior to the reservation date. If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to the reservation, the deposit will be refunded only if another reservation for the same week occurs.

    Check-In 4PM/Check-Out 10AM.

    Cleaning services are provided upon departure at no extra cost.

    Comeback Business receives previous year's rates.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Ceramic tile floors and carpet. Pool. A/C, charcoal grill, wet bar, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, 1 VCR, 1DVD/VCR, cable, stereo cassette-CD player, dishes, bed and bath linens, sheltered parking, ceiling fans, telephone, microwave, fireplace, bicycles, beach toys and beach chairs. No pets/smoking permitted. At or Nearby Activities: Kiawah Island has 5 golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Pete Dye and Tom Fazio.

It was the home of the 1991 Ryder Cup and 1997 World Cup golf matches. Tennis courts include both hard and clay surfaces. Kids have access to Night Heron Park, daily camp activities and biking. Other items of interest - marina, parasailing, deep sea fishing, canoeing, surf fishing, boating, kayaking, restaurants, sailing, jet skiing, horseback riding and hiking. The Charleston International Airport is a 45 minute drive away.
