If you're looking for a place where all the hustle and bustle of life melts away within minutes, you've found here! I've stayed at this property multiple times with my wife and kids for different reasons. To relax in the luxurious seclusion and to have a blast on the water wakeboarding and tubing.

Texoma is a huge lake with lots of fun islands to explore, great fishing, and plenty of places for some awesome tubing (We treat tubing like bull riding... Whatever kid can hold on for more than 8 seconds wins!)

Every stay has always been amazing. Even with the exciting water sports just minutes away, the relaxing environment makes a 2 stay feel like you've been on vacation for a week.

And the views... OMG! Every deck has awesome views. The place is huge and has plenty of rooms for a fun slumber party with the kids but the master bedroom is secluded at the top of the house so Mom and Dad can have a private romantic dinner on the patio while the kids have their own space.

I highly recommend a weekend stay here if you are looking to "check out" and cut away from the fast paced crazy life for a couple of days. You'll leave feeling refreshed, recharged, relaxed, and energized.

Have been a guest here three times . I love the deck around the master level and the living area. Panoramic view of lake is so relaxing from inside or outside on the deck. It is great place for a party because of easy access to the decks. Wonderful to have a bath on every floor. Kitchen has lots of storage and the laundry as well. We looked forward to every visit because we could be with friends and still have privacy. Fantastic condition. We liked this place because we wanted to chill out and not go out.

Absolutely breathtaking views from living and area master bedroom. Every time I have stayed here I am positively amazed at the expansive view. You can see for miles. I love how the multiple floors that provide more gathering areas as well as quiet getaway spaces. Oh, and the wrap around patios on the 2nd and 3rd floors make entertaining and gatherings even more spectacular.

This home makes a perfect place for family gatherings or business retreats. The rejuvenating energy this place provides makes it a dream. Shoreline is a 2 minute walk and lots of near by places to explore, including a golf course, nearby restaurants, hiking and of course water activities. If you do need supplies or shopping, Sherman and Denison are just 20-30 minutes drive.

Ample kitchen space for preparing meals and serving buffet style, yard space for outdoors activities and a lovely, quiet lakefront community. Its breathtaking and rejuvenating here! You'll love it.
