MAKE THE KIPUKA HOUSE YOUR SPECIAL RETREAT ON THE BIG ISLAND. Located in the upscale area of Puna Beach Palisades, offering you a quiet refuge from busy neighborhoods, hotels, and condo complexes. This beautiful hale borders state land and is surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden.

THE KIPUKA HOUSE BOASTS A LOVELY OPEN FLOOR PLAN allowing amazing tropical breezes that flow throughout the house. And you will notice the decorator touches, which are evident in every room. This comfortable home has a full kitchen with a sweet breakfast nook, two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a full size bed (300 count cotton sheets), a great room with vaulted ceilings, large family room w/ 40’ flat screen T.V, full bathroom, front and back lanai for outdoor dining allowing you to views of the lava, or ocean, on your lush ½ acre of tropical fruit and blooming tropical flowers.

THIS HALE IS JUST A 10 MIN WALK TO KEHENA BLACK SAND BEACH, (clothing optional), where if you are lucky you can swim with the spinner dolphins, 15 minute drive to “Ahalanui Beach Park” (a naturally warmed 95 degree ocean tidepool) a wonderful place to begin or end your day, as well as Wai Opae Conservation tide-pools in Kapoho where you will find some of the best swimming and snorkeling that can be found on the east of our island. 50 minutes from Volcano National Park, 35 minutes from Hilo airport, and 12 minutes from the quaint village of Pahoa, which dates back to the 1800’s when sugar was king.

SOME OF THE BEST DINING CAN BE FOUND IN PAHOA TOWN with Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Tex-Mex and local Hawaiian. Old Hilo town is a must visit with its colorful farmer's markets, shopping, interesting museums to tell you all about the history of this side of the island, all served up tons of "aloha".

Rates start at $110 to $125 a night for two guests with a $90 cleaning fee.
