About Michele Woodruff

Attracted by the beautiful beach location and the easy charm of a smaller condominium complex, my husband and I purchased this condo and gave it the total renovation it deserved. We hope you like what you see. Please feel free to contact us. We love Sanibel and wish to pass along that excitement!

Coquina Beach Condominium has a lovely intimate setting and an uncrowded beach. At larger complexes, it became a struggle finding a place to lay your towel on the beach. At Coquina, you walk on the beach and feel you have found your little spot of paradise.

About our condo: The Lanai and Cabana Loft ( my favorite spots) offer a tucked away spot to sit and read a book, or have an afternoon moment of peace and quiet. The Cabana Loft also offers a flexible sleeping option and gives everyone a little more personal space. The condo is perfect for two people or for a family vacation.

Coquina Beach Condo is secluded and private but a short distance from shops and restaurants located along Periwinkle Way.(see above map) Just 30 min. from the Ft Myers Airport with easy access from the Causeway. No need to fight the tourist traffic! Coquina is situated on a pristine, sandy beach. An easy bike ride to breakfast, or a morning walk to the Historic Lighthouse starts the day off right.

Two Thumbs Up!

What a great vacation! Our family gives this condo a big two thumbs up! Pretty furnishings, everything looked new, and very comfortable beds. The condo was very clean and neat. It was nicer than described.
Our favorite activity was watching the sunset at the causeway beach. We packed snacks and went there 3 evenings. The sunset is the best show in town, and btw, there was even a cooler at the condo for our picnics.
We all enjoyed waking up to sunshine each morning and sitting on the porch. Michele was always quick and helpful in answering our emails, and provided everything we needed for the easiest ever check-in.
All in all, it was a great condo, great location, great vacation, we were sad to return to the North! This is our new favorite vacation spot. We are already trying to decide which week we are coming next year. Thanks Michele!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views of the pool, easy access to the beach, and all of the comforts of home! Thank you Michele for the detailed correspondence and wonderful recommendations of Sanibel's ammenities. We loved the cleanliness of the condo, the luxury furnishings and decor, and having supplies provided (dish soap, laundry detergent, beach chairs & toys, etc.). We hope to return again soon! :)

This place is the best!

We arrived late on a Friday night not knowing what to expect since photos are not always true to reality. What a huge surprise when we walked in the door! MIchele's condo is gorgeous in every room and full of everything a vacationer could possibly need. All amenities are provided including paper goods, cleaning supplies, plenty of soft, luxurious towels, hairdryer, ironing board, etc., etc., etc. Michele has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and well cared for, and no one could ask for a cleaner place to stay. There was even a welcome bag waiting for us full of snacks and a bottle of wine! The wireless internet (for those of us who unfortunately need to stay connected to work while "on vacation") works perfectly as do the TVs and DVD player. The beach is very easy to access from her building and the shelling there is as good as any on Sanibel Island. The condo looks over the pool area which is an added bonus.

We would highly recommend staying in this condo if you are considering a vacation on Sanibel Island. You will not be disappointed.

So many of our guests travel by airplane that I have tried to supply things people need, but do not have room to pack (like a magnifying make-up mirror, am I showing my age??) Our stay on Sanibel Island was absolutely wonderful! The condo was so beautifully decorated it made guests feel welcome and at home. It overlooks the pool and is a short walk to the ocean and the shell-filled sands. This condo was perfect for relaxing after a day of floating in the gulf and shell hunting on the shore! The owners were extremely accomodating and supplied us with everything we could have needed in order to have a completely enjoyable week on the island. We would recommend this condo to anyone, families with small children to teenagers even a group of friends looking to get away to the perfect place!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
