One of Bermuda's newer tourist rental accommodations located in The Golf, Beach and Social belt of Bermuda in Southampton Parish, with spectacular overland and ocean views in a quiet residential neighborhood.
2 bedroom and one bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor patio.
Cote D'azur has a very contemporary presentation and features the art of Michael Swan, a Bermudian artist.
Air conditioned with wireless internet, cable, remote control curtains, led lighting, washer and dryer, ironing board, hair dryers, beach towels, Keurig coffee maker, patio table and gas barbecue, the apartment is fully kitted out.
Each bedroom has full size closets, hair dryers and vanity mirrors, clock radios, reading lights and full size beds.
The dining room can seat 6 and takes in the South Shore view.
The Living room has a leather sectional couch and a 40 in LED television.
Out on the pergola covered patio there is another patio table, gas grille and two lounge chairs and a gorgeous view overlooking the South Shore.
Remote control drapes are in both the dining room and living room.
The kitchen is very functional and includes a four burner stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and a blender.
Just bring yourself and your clothes, pick up a few groceries (which we can arrange for you) and you are at home.
We are located at the center of Bermuda's major beach and tourist attractions. We are within walking distance of Bermuda's most poplar beaches, 12 restaurants, 2 golf courses, and two hotels.
We have our own golf pro on call who can arrange your golfing vacation. We are 400 yards from Fairmont Southampton Golf Course, 11/2 miles from Riddles Bay Golf Club, 2 1/2 miles from Port Royal Golf Course home of the PGA Grand Slam and 2 1/2 miles from Belmont Golf Course.
We are 200 yards away from Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and The Dining Room Restaurant. 500 yards away from The Henry VIII Pub, 800 yards away from The Waterlot Inn and The Dock at Waterlot and 800 yards from The Ocean Club and The Newport Room at Fairmont Southampton. We are also 900 yards from Coconuts at The Reefs Hotel.
We have our own 28 foot boat (Pursuit Centre Console with twin Evinrude 200 HP Evinrude outboards) and if we are heading out you are welcome to join us.

What more can we say? A fantastic base for a Bermuda holiday. The apartment, part of Michael and Mary's beautiful house, was totally private with fantastic views over South Shore. We didn't want for anything, it is wonderfully equipped with a full kitchen, living room and separate dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the terrace you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy al fresco meals with the gas barbecue. Ideally placed right next to Gibbs Hill lighthouse (you can never get lost on your way home!) the best beach in the world, Horseshoe Bay is a mere 5 mins away by scooter - the best means of transport to fully enjoy this wonderful island. You will never meet friendlier people than Bermudians - if you are looking at this you have probably already decided on Bermuda - you won't go wrong with this apartment.
I am a local boy and my wife and I met in University in Canada.
We have been married for 25 years, and have two 4 legged kids (German Shephards) named Harley and Lexus.
My wife, Mary is a nurse working for two surgeons in private practice, and she thoroughly enjoys traveling, gardening, her dogs, and soaking up the energy of our home.
I (Michael) am an artist. I at one time had two galleries here in Bermuda and did quite well with my art. I'm still selling my reproductions and plan to painting again soon.
I also spent some time working for the Bermuda Department of Tourism as Promotional Materials Manager and also worked in Reinsurance as a Designer in Marketing. Currently I am in the Alternative Energy field.
I enjoy my motorcycles, our boat, traveling, our home and our dogs.
Together Mary and I just enjoy life. We both enjoy the home we have created and now want to share part of it with others.
We chose this property because of the view.
At the time we had viewed many properties on Island and we had actually decided to hold off looking for a year as nothing appealed to us.
Our current home was the last one we were planning to look at and we almost did not go to the viewing. But!!! once we walked up the driveway, turned around and took in the view we were instantly sold. We absolutely love it!!

The amenities in the apartment are top notch but the location is really stellar. Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, Bermuda's most popular attraction is practically in our back yard, 12 restaurants are within walking distance, Bermuda's most popular beaches are less than a mile away, the view is awesome and the neighborhood is quiet.
