• From $129 to $239/night
• Age Policy:
  The primary registered guest must be 25 years of age or older to register the unit and must be present in the unit at all times.
  
  Registration Fee:
  A $15.00 registration fee plus tax is due upon arrival and is a requirement for all reservations. (one time fee per car)
  
  Cleaning Fee:
  All rental units require a one time departure cleaning fee to be paid by the guest and will be applied separately to your account.
  One-Bedroom $75
  
  Resort Fee:
  A resort fee of $6.95 per day provides the guest unlimited local and long distance calling, high speed internet access, usage of the fitness center, activity programs, and is a requirement for all reservations.
  
  Damage Waiver:
  This is a $45 non-refundable fee that covers the guest up to $1,500 in the event of accidental damage to the room.
• Deposit Policy
  All reservations require a deposit of the first night's room and tax plus a $45 Damage Waiver. This is due at the time of booking and must be done with a valid credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. The card used for the deposit must be present at check in for proof of ownership.
  
  Cancellation Policy
  A $45.00 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver Fee plus the first night room and tax are taken as your advance deposit. If you cancel your reservation anytime you will forfeit $45.00. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival you will forfeit the entire deposit.
