Ça y est nous sommes de retour à Paris. Je tiens vraiment à vous remercier de votre gentillesse et de votre sérieux, un grand merci également à Anny.

L appartement était vraiment bien et propre, la résidence était vraiment aussi très bien et tres bien située proche de la mer et des commerces, et les gens très gentil.

overall a wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation here overall. We liked the property, all the staff were fantastic and Nikola was very friendly and always smiling. The unit was extremely comfortable, clean, quite well stocked, and cheery. We had a couple of issues: the internet was very poor, a few water issues, one cable concern that was addressed the same day. If the issue of constant barking dogs in the area was addressed we would recommend this rental to others, however it was quite annoying. The location was okay and not too far from the beach, restaurants and markets, it was quite central. The neighbours in other rentals were great and friendly. Ellen and Anny were very responsive and great to deal with for booking and concerns, would book another rental through them again and recommend them to others.

Wonderful and nice Condo - Perfect Holidays

A very nice and lovely condo with a wonderful roof teracce. We are really excited of this condo.
It was very quiet at this aera. We stay in this condo for two weeks. The furnishings and equipment was perfect. The laundry was perfect and clean.The fotos show 100% of the apartment. A gift was, that we stay at the sylvester night at the roof teracce and could see all fire works of some hotels which are near this housing complex. We do not use the pool, but why? The ocean is 7 minutes away. Do not afraid to go out and look arround the area. Let all valuable things at home and take normal clothes on, so you will never have any trouble.

A small bakery you will find near the Plaza El Dorado - it is an French one but everything is fresh and also a small shop where you can buy daily things. Cheaper prices you will get only at a big shop that call's IBERIA which is far away from the condo and you can reach this only by car.

You will reach the beach if you go out of the complex - left side and go to the end of the street to Avenue Alemania and go right to Hotel Barcello and than the first street left till you reach the beach. At the right side there are space to lay in the sun, but you could'nt use the beach lounger, they are for the residence of this place.

We buy living lobsters at the beach and cook them by ourselve. It was much more delicous as you put them on the bbq. The bbq downstairs at the pool look not really clean. The prices at the beach for a lb is 280 to 300 pesos (arround 7 US$).
This is really cheap.

If we will have the chance and the money we will book for sure this condo again.
We never use the aircon - we switch off the heater for water asap - so you can save money for the electricity.

We are lucky that we find this nice Condo and can offer everybody to stay in this condo.

We hope this was helpful for all of you. We are comming from Germany and do not like the hotels with AI-Services. We save more money as expect - but save a lot in contrast to the prices of the hotels.
