PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking

• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

L appartement était vraiment bien et propre, la résidence était vraiment aussi très bien et tres bien située proche de la mer et des commerces, et les gens très gentil.

Je compte revenir en octobre et j espère vivement reprendre cet appartement si vous voulez bien me le relouer.

The complex and the condo were well kept and clean. The furniture in the condo was a bit too large for its size so we were constantly rearranging to avoid "black and blues." The staff at the management company was very professional and accommodating when we called regarding plumbing issues that took quite some time to be resolved.

My best friend and I stayed at this lovely condo for 4 nights in late March. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Scott met us at the door and answered all our questions. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The owners were so thoughtful to have a beach bag and a cooler for our use. The complex has 24 hour security and a gated entrance, and all the security guards were very nice and helpful. It was a short walk to the gorgeous beach and many neat cafes and restaurants. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was clean the entire time, the area was relatively quite and the breeze from the balcony was enough to keep us cool most all the time. We only needed the AC for sleep. We would love to stay here again and are looking forward to a return trip!! Leave the pricey resorts and stay here! You'll get a much better authentic Dominican Republic experience!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation here overall. We liked the property, all the staff were fantastic and Nikola was very friendly and always smiling. The unit was extremely comfortable, clean, quite well stocked, and cheery. We had a couple of issues: the internet was very poor, a few water issues, one cable concern that was addressed the same day. If the issue of constant barking dogs in the area was addressed we would recommend this rental to others, however it was quite annoying. The location was okay and not too far from the beach, restaurants and markets, it was quite central. The neighbours in other rentals were great and friendly. Ellen and Annie were very responsive and great to deal with for booking and concerns, would book another rental through them again and recommend them to others.

El Cortecito Beach and Los Corales, in the heart of Bavaro, is the closest to a small beach town/fisherman village in the area. This area is considered to be the downtown of Bavaro-Punta Cana.
