Located in Marlboro overlooking the majestic Acadia Mountains and Frenchman’s Bay. This cozy 3 bedroom cottage has the best views around! Facing south on 2 acres of land, this property offers 200 feet of water frontage to explore.

Once inside, the kitchen has all you’ll need for a comfortable stay including a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot, toaster-oven, dishwasher, etc. Fully equipped. All you need is food! In the living room there is a gas-log fireplace. Walk through open french doors to a closed screened in porch with a full view to the mountains and the bay. Inside the first floor bedroom there is a new sliding glass door which leads out onto an 8x12 deck.

What a wonderful location, only minutes from the Lamoine State Park and approx 40 minutes by car to Acadia National Park.

This Cottage comes equipped with all major kitchen appliances, working plumbing, working electric, running water, phone and adequate furniture. The kitchen is more than well equipped and comes with pots, pans, cups/glasses, plates and eating utensils. Herbs and spices are supplied but not guaranteed. Bedrooms/Bathrooms are equipped with towels/sheets/linens/pillows/blankets.

This is a non smoking property. Please inquire regarding pets.
