Rent our beautiful beach side condo in Manati and you'll find yourself in one of Puerto Rico's most serene and secluded spot. This is one of the island's best kept secrets. Manati lies tucked away approximately 40 min NW of San Juan beyond the beaten tourist trail. Our condo is fully furnished with all the amenities. There are very few places like this left on the island where one can experience the natural beauty of Puerto Rico far from the maddening crowds. Our first floor condominium lies within a gated community. Relax and enjoy the beach through a private access or sit back and relax on our deck overlooking the beach. Along with the ocean breeze our unit is equipped with ceiling fans through out. Enjoy the outdoor shower for washing off all the fun from the beach.

Seaside is centrally located to enjoy and explore all Puerto Rico has to offer. You can enjoy Mar Chiquita beach steps away or explore El Yunque National Forest :

Pack your raingear and hike the crown jewel of Puerto Rico's national parks—carpeting the slopes of the rugged Luquillo Mountain Range. From the El Portal Visitor Center, the Sendero El Yunque climbs 1,365 feet through an eerie cloud forest. This 2.6-mile trail puts you atop the summit at 3,496 feet. When it's clear the 360-degree views are spectacular. Add a twist to your return hike by diverting along Forest Road 10 to the Mt. Britton observation tower, resembling a castle turret. A spiral staircase leads to a viewing platform.

Only 40 Minutes NW of San Juan, enjoy all Puerto Rico has to offer.

The Property is as described. There are 5 buildings with 4 units in each and we were the only ones there the whole week. we had a few minor issues but Maria the contact on the island took great care of us and resolved the small issues asap.
Maria also invited us over for a home cooked meal our first night and it was awesome. Thanks Marie !!!!! The ocean veiws and the sounds are what will bring us back in the future. Thanks Paul and Maria we enjoyed our stay.
