Resort Rental Dwelling Permit #3257

This spacious 2nd floor condominium is ideal for a restful getaway. Comfortable and attractively furnished, it is located in the Family Oriented Northern End of Amelia Island. The condo, located in the newer Ocean Park complex, is a short 2-Block walk to the beautiful uncrowded beach. The private garage stores a cart for you to carry the provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as 3 bicycles for you to use to explore the island. Fort Clinch State Park backs up to the property and offers many opportunities for you to ride your bike, take a hike, view wildlife, or just tour the Fort. It is a short drive to quaint Downtown Fernandina - home of numerous unique shops and varied cuisine. Also nearby are tennis courts, grocery stores, Blockbuster, a movie theater and several great parks for kids.

Our 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo gives everyone in the family plenty of space while providing a great living area for game night. The Master Bedroom has a view of the ocean as well as a spacious closet and large walk-in shower. The condo is equipped with 3 television sets, a DVD player, and two VCR players. A large laundry room includes washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

You can leave everything at home, all linens and kitchen equipment are provided. Pick a book from our stocked shelves to enjoy on the patio, at the beach, or at the pool. Like many of our winter guests, we expect that once you visit, you will want to return!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much ! It is very large and inviting. The kitchen is extremely well supplied. There is an abundance of bath and beach towels. It was very clean and comfortable. The walk over to the beach is very easy. The supply of beach chairs and bikes was greatly appreciated also. We commented over and over how well pleased we were with the condo. We will keep this rental on our return list !
