About Mike

I moved to Savannah in the summer of 2002 to take a position as a Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the scenery, convenience, and nightlife. I got into renovating / building properties in my spare time in the heart of Savannah's Historic District over the past ten years. I have wanted to buy this building for the past five years. It's in the perfect location in the center of the historic district. Finally, we were able to get the financing to purchase and renovate this property in the summer of 2012.

Would recommend over a hotel any day!

Came to Savannah with some friends and our wives for a golf outing and rented two connecting condos. Thought we would try this instead of a hotel and it worked out great. We had space and privacy, but it cost less than a hotel. And we could all enjoy the property together. Our wives liked that it was close to the shopping on Broughton St. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Loved the location!

The condo was clean, bright and modern. We walked everywhere downtown, loved that we didn't have to use the car once. It was nice to have free parking too. We fell in love with Savannah and will be back here to stay again!

Comfort and Convenience in Savannah

We stayed a week in the York St. Condo and were very happy with the accommodations. The highlights at the York St. Condo's include excellent beds, wonderful double-headed showers, on site garage parking, and spacious living areas. The unit is super clean and very modern. The location close to everything downtown is super convenient. Everything is within walking distance. When not site-seeing you can relax (and BBQ) on the roof-top deck or watch tv on the 60 inch tv's in the unit. You will love this condo for your visit to Savannah.

Great location one block over from Broughton St. Walking distance to River St. 2 Bedroom condo with king beds, all new appliances for cooking and gas grills on the rooftop deck (grilled steaks and fish one night). Private garage was great and very safe. You didn't have to worry about parking your car on the street. Overall great location, really nice interior, would recommend staying here if you are visiting the historical and river district.

The Perfect Place!

Whether you are a first-time visitor or one who travels frequently to Savannah, this condo is the perfect place from which to enjoy the multitude of pleasures this city has to offer. The location could not be better, nestled in the Historic District, but just steps from Broughton Street, City Market, and the Riverfront. The condo is less than a year old, nicely furnished, and complete with all the amenities you'll need to make your stay a pleasure. Rita is a great resource for any questions you might have about the condo or the city itself. We are frequent VRBO customers, and this is one of the nicest condos we've ever rented. And, on top of everything else, it comes with its own parking spot in the building's garage. We love Savannah, and we plan to make this our home-away-from-home on future visits.

Stayed here with total of 9 people in two adjoining units with connecting doors and had plenty of room. They have put a lot into these units, finished it with very nice amenities. Rooftop deck had plenty of room, and the parking garage was nice, safe enough to leave the top down on the convertible all night. Close to both historical sites and the nightlife attractions. Enjoyed the visit very much and would recommend this for people who want to get the whole "Savannah experience". Everyone in our party enjoyed the place. Rita was very helpful and considerate ;)
One of the reasons I chose it was because one of the people in our party couldn't climb a lot of stairs and the elevator and garage access fit the bill.

The condo is two blocks from River Street, one block from City Market, centrally located to the SCAD campus, and on the St. Patrick's Day Parade route! It's even close to the start and finish lines for the Rock and Roll Marathon.
