2 BR, 1 BA, sleeps 6, total 900 square feet. This beautiful lakefront condo is on the 3rd floor with a great view of Lake Erie. It is completely furnished with linen and towels provided. Just bring your personal items and beach towels. Master bedroom has king size bed, 26' TV, and balcony. Guest room has two twin beds. Living room has a queen size fold out couch. Living room also has balcony with patio furniture. Full kitchen and dining area seats up to eight. Washer and drier are located inside the unit. In the photograph shown above, Lake Erie is the body of water in the upper right corner. Our unit is in the lower right portion of the complex, nearest the lake. Clubhouse has beautiful outside pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, sauna, and grills for common use. Boat and jet ski docks are available, private marina on Portage River. This condo is meticulously cleaned and extensively remodeled in 2003-2004. 1 mile from Jet Express to Put-In-Bay and other Lake Erie Islands. Cedar Point 30 minute drive. Fishing charters nearby, jet ski rentals (across the street), Close to wineries, fishing, & golfing. Beaches: Maumee State Park 30 minute drive. East Harbor State Park 10 minute drive. Like gambling? We are 2 hours from Detroit, Michigan or Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

VERY NICE PLACE AND GREAT VIEW OF LAKE ERIE

We took a short family trip Wed thru Sat stay. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything you need. It fit 6 of us great. It has a great view of Lake Erie and the Marina on the other side with 2 nice balconies. The Lake just right across the street with a nice shoreline to walk along. It is close to everything we went to Cedar Point, Put-in-Bay, Marblehead Island, African Safari and still had time to enjoy the condo. The pool and hot tub were very nice, private, and clean along with a clubroom also. We stayed at your neighbors condo you rent and it was everything you said. Thanks Mike for everything and your honesty. The trip went great and we all want to come back again. There is still alot of more things to do and see. You will be hearing from us again...

Family Vacation

This was our first time renting a condo off the internet. We were relunctant but with all of the great reviews we decided to go ahead and rent this condo. We were extremely pleased when we walked in the door. The condo is very very clean and completely furnished. Completely furnished means soap, paper towel, blow dryer, salt & pepper and even napkins in a holder on the table. Just like home! There were more plates and glasses in the cabinets than I have at home along with all of the pans you would ever need. It's an easy drive to Cedar Point, the ferries and all of the vacation destinations. The owners were extremely friendly, easy to work with and honest. We had a very good family vacation and would recommend the condo to anyone heading to the Port Clinton area.

Home away from home

This condo was great, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all the necessary items. We found the condo to be perfectly located near everything. We visited Kelley’s Island, Put In Bay and Cedar Point and found that we were within a short driving distance to all attractions and to the boats to get to the Islands. One word of caution is the condo is on the 3rd floor and there are many stairs to climb. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay here!
P.S. Try and avoid Mayfly weeks!

Enjoyed our stay

We rented the condo July 27 - July 4, 2009. Our main focus of the trip to Port Clinton was Camp Perry, my daughter was competing there in a match. If you are going to compete at Camp Perry this location is perfect.
My kids loved the pool area, especially the sauna to relax in, and we walked across the street to swim in the lake. Parking was no problem, plenty of spaces. The condo is roomy, plenty of space for the four of us. We cooked meals there and the kitchen had everything I needed in the way of pots and pans.
My kids only complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable as well as the large couch.
We went to Put-in-Bay for the pirate fest and had fun. The weather was on the cooler side while there so we went fishing more than swimming. The local coffee shop in Port Clinton was good and the grocery store not to far away.

The property was clean and the owners provided excellent customer service, we would recommend this condo to our friends.

Everything we wanted in a condominium

This is a great condo; very clean, well furnished and well maintained. Based upon other favorable reviews which we read before seeing the unit, we had high expectations and were certainly not disappointed. The condominium as a whole was very quiet and peaceful, but was literally moments away from restaurants and entertainment. We were very comfortable staying there--just like being in our own home, but better (since it was a vacation). The area has everything we could want in a vacation spot: golf, fishing, good restaurants, and Cedar Point. We also enjoyed the pool and being so close to Lake Erie, and the proximity to both the Jet Express and the Miller Boat Line to visit Put In Bay was a big advantage. Thank you for opening your home to us.
